  • We cannot change shipping methods once the order has already been shipped.

  • If you would like to modify your shipping method once you place your order, don't hesitate to contact us at

  • Orders typically take 1 to 2 business days to process and ship – excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order tracking number when your order ships.
  • The delivery date is always an estimate only; delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions and other factors.



  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. Please note that returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition.
  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges.
